A little help with the planning
Your group invites supporters to a planned meal or event at Hacienda. We agree in advance on the contribution, eligible sales, date, promotion, and how results will be tracked. We have hosted percentage-of-sales charity nights; there is no automatic donation rate or guaranteed fundraising total.
Yes. We welcome proposals from sports teams, charities, schools, community organizations, and local businesses. Tell us about your audience, goals, and how you would help invite supporters or members.
Ask us about the season schedule, expected headcount, and arrival times. We can discuss group food options and any partner arrangement that fits your team and restaurant operations. Regular offers and reservations must be agreed directly.
Share who you represent, the goal, approximate audience or group size, preferred timeframe, and how you can promote or coordinate the activity. No finished proposal is needed. We’ll discuss responsibilities and contributions together.
Partnerships are reviewed individually. Financial contributions, discounts, entertainment, and promotional benefits are only confirmed once both sides agree on the scope and terms.
