Event and catering inquiries
When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number, an optional preferred date, guest count, occasion, the website page used for your inquiry, how you heard about us if you choose to share it, and the details you enter. We use this information to respond, discuss availability and pricing, and help plan your event. Please avoid including payment card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Partnership inquiries
When you propose a partnership, we collect your contact name and email, optional phone number, organization name and type, area of interest, optional proposed date and audience size, the inquiry page, and your message. We use these details to evaluate the idea, discuss an arrangement, and follow up with you. Requests are saved in our restricted inquiry inbox; our email provider processes alerts and acknowledgments. Submitting a proposal does not establish a partnership.
Feedback and suggestions
Our feedback form collects your name, email address, message category, an optional visit date, and the message you enter. We use these details to review feedback, address concerns, consider suggestions, and follow up when needed. Feedback is stored in the same restricted website inbox as inquiries and is not published as a public review. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information. When email sending is connected, our delivery provider also processes feedback alerts and receipts.
How inquiries and feedback are handled
Inquiries and feedback are stored in our website’s database and accessed through a restricted management page by authorized restaurant staff. Submitting an inquiry does not confirm an event or catering booking. We keep information while needed to respond, address your feedback, and arrange your request; you may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to any records we must retain.
Reservations and external services
Our reservation page embeds Resmio. Details you enter there are handled through Resmio under its privacy terms. Links to Google Maps and our social pages take you to external services with their own privacy practices. When email sending is connected, our email delivery provider processes the recipient address and message content to deliver restaurant alerts and inquiry receipts. Our hosting provider may process technical request information to serve and protect the website.
Website analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand visits, pages viewed, traffic sources, promotional campaign labels, and actions such as contact-link clicks and successfully submitted inquiries. When enabled by our booking provider, we also measure booking steps and completed reservations in the embedded Resmio form. Analytics uses cookies and processes technical information such as browser and device details and approximate location. Google processes this information for analytics, which may involve processing outside Canada.
Our custom events include the inquiry type and website page, not your name, email address, phone number, inquiry reference, or message. Query strings and URL fragments are excluded from our page reporting. Only short campaign labels from tagged promotional links are used for campaign attribution; other URL parameters are excluded. Our private management pages are excluded, and advertising personalization is disabled in our website configuration.
Analytics is optional. Choose Accept analytics or Reject analytics when prompted, or use Analytics preferences in the footer to change your choice. We remember the choice on your device for up to 180 days. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from using forms or making a reservation. For more information, see Google’s Privacy Policy.
